Shelters ‘Made in social housing’ campaign, features a range of people, who have all lived in and reaped the rewards of living in social housing.
The campaign celebrates the benefits of social housing, from the long-term secure tenancies to the sense of community it provides.
4 years ago when I first joined Shelter in2020 we pitched this idea.
2 days after it got signed off the world went into lockdown and the campaign got put into a bottom draw.
This year (2024) I got an email from Helen Jones (Creative Director) at Shelter to say the campaign is now live.
The current Shelter team have done an amazing job of brining it to life! It just goes to show, good ideas really do come back around!
